2019 mega-cab rear center head rest

I am wanting to remove the rear center head rest on my 2019 mega-cab. Owner's manual says to just push in the tab and raise it. Been trying that and it won't come all the way out. Any ideas? Thanks.

I may be wrong ( as I am told daily) but I think you have to push on both sides at the same time while pulling up on the headrests. Which is weird because only one side has the LOCK.

Thanks. I got it figured out. My interior is black, and I didn't see the other side button until I used a flashlight. It's not very noticeable without using the flashlight, at least with my eyes.

Would liability be an issue by changing rear headrests to front. Front ones are very uncomfortable
