So i wired up lights to the aux switches and they all work except number 5 on my 2019 5500 cummings. I tested and there is no power coming out the wire at the factory connections under hood. Are these switches individually fused? Or does anyone know how to fix this? thanks in advance.

The fuses are in the PDC near the firewall. The connectors you plugged into are attached to the PDC.
You should be moving/replacing those fuses to use one appropriate for the load.
