Looking to see if anybody has ran into this issue, 2019 ram 2500 4wd service light appears and disables my 4x4 selector, cruise control, and collision sensor. Dealer has already replaced wire harness, T-Case, and the transfer case module. This issue would only occur whenever the outside temperatures was hot id say above 80degrees. after the Tcase replacement the issue now appears consistently no matter the temp.

With all of that going on I would think you would have several codes in several modules. An enhanced diagnostic code reader would help point you in the right direction. If you have an iPhone the Scantools MX+ with the OBDLink app would be a not very expensive way to access the codes. $140 on Amazon. And no I don’t have any connection to them except I have one and use it by itself or with the Alpha OBD app.

Did you try to change your tire size or anything like that using a programmer? If so, start there.

If not, this is what i would try. I would try disconnecting the battery and making sure all the fuses were fully seated. Then I would go around under the truck and look for abs sensors or speed sensor or any wire at the wheel/axle that has been damaged.

That is one thing i have not done i went from stocks to my 24x14 wheels on 35s tires. ill take a look at the speed sensors as well. Thank you!

As weird as it sounds whenever the dealership hooks up to it they dont see an active codes all they have been able to identify is stored codes.

The Ford had and this PW has flashed these same messages intermittently, mostly slipping and sliding around in muddy Ruby Mountains it seems. A lot of very muddy, steep and off camber wheeling seems to upset these newer trucks sometimes.
Both would have strange fuel gauge issues doing the same also, thinking they were near empty when they weren’t. Both things would work themselves out though, never denied 4x4.
