I need help? When I bought this truck new, the salesman showed me the seat programing and the easy exit/enter function with the memory seats. Nobody but me ever drives the truck and recently after exiting a carwash with the seat being played with, I no longer have anything happen when I hit the #1 or 2 mode for seat memory. While driving if I hit the S mode, I get an alert that the seats are not programmable unless in Park, yet while driving if I hit the #1 or 2 button, a note reads Memory Set 1 or 2. I no longer have the easy enter/exit seat working, and I have checked that box in the screen. I went to the dealership and had both a salesman and maintenance person look at it and scratched their heads. Told me to bring it in. I know that means $$$$$, any help with this please?

Adjust your seat all the way back, then all the way forward. After that, try programming your presets again. This has worked for many of us who have had a similar issue. Not sure why it happens, but cycling the seat seems to reset the limits and allows it to function properly again.

My 2023 Laramie loses the memory on the seat easy exit at times. The mirror fold still works as designed, just the seat exit is affected. I will try the forward/backward trick and see if it clears up. I have been going into vehicle settings and turning the feature off and on again, and that has been bringing it back on line, for awhile anyway.
