2018 3500 DPF Status

Asking for a friend. My 2021 has a Diesel Particulate Filter display that indicates how full the DPF filter is. My buddy with a 2018 Dually HO has no such screen. Unless they hid it some where is there some way to determine the DPF status on a 2018? Gonna try a OBD reader later this week to see if there is anything there. Thanks folks.

I have a 2017 3500HD and I had the same desire to know what was going on with my truck…you can get the DPF % from the OBD along with a lot more real time information. I use the reader/monitor Banks offers.

Install the 6.7L PID file for Cummins in Torque pro you should be able to pull the info.

The OBDLink software using one of their readers (or the Windows software) may have this as well, I haven't looked.
