I searched around and couldn't come up with an answer. The truck currently has stock 285/60R20's what is the biggest tire I can get away with without having to modify anything and with no rubbing even when locked out forward and reverse?

If you were looking specifically for a reference to a 2018 I can see why you didn't find it. I haven't seen a ton of traction in the sections for the older generation trucks. Luckily, your 4th gen will fit the same as the 4.5 gen trucks (2019+), so any of the answers you saw for anything 2013-2021 would hold true.

All of that said, you should be able to fit 295/65R20 on your stock rims with no issue. Some 35x12.50R20s will fit as well, but some will rub radius arms or sway bar.

If going aftermarket rims, that question changes drastically depending on what width and offset you go with.
