2017 Ram 3500 fog lights and wiring

I vehicle did not come with fog light so I did so research and found the factor lights and harness to install them I found a 8 pin factor harness that has the fog light and parking assist. I took it to the deaker had them program the fog lights. the light in the dash comes on when you push the knob butt the lights themselves won't come on. I put a meter on the orginal 8 pin harness and I am getting nothing. Any suggestions!

Make sure there's a fuse in the box. I just ran a relay and tapped into my low beam as I wanted them on all the time with head lights
