Long story short, It’s a 2015 3500 cab/chassis. It stalled out today with my driver being about 20 mins from the shop.

I had put a new fuel sending unit in a few weeks ago and the fuel gauge stopped working and the dash showed a fault/error from the first time I started it with the new sending unit. I’m assuming that the truck stalling out is because the new sending unit took a dump.

But as I was trying to turn it over, I notice the oil pressure on the dash when to Zero. I’m simi new to diesel and want to know if that was something y’all may have noticed?

When the engine is cranking over the oil gauge will be at 0 same with all the gauges. You will have to do some diagnosing start by testing for fuel to the CP3 then go from there.
