2015 ram 2500 Quad to projectors

Hey all! Id like to start off in saying hi and welcoming me into your group I drive a 21 deleted 2500 Laramie.
And any help is greatly appreciated. I got a buddy of mine that got a set of oem projectors out of a 2014 ram 1500 for his 2015 ram with just the quads. I bought him a conversion kit on amazon and everything else works flawless BUT the signal/drls. I’m stumped. Do i need to buy some resistors for it. Can i go onto alpha obd and just change it that way / does he need to get a different harness. Any help is greatly appreciated before i try to buy a different conversion harness.
