I have a 2015 Ram 2500. Everything was working fine until I installed a screen from Phoenix automotive. Initially the screen wouldn't power on, then just one day it started working. Worked fine for a few months and it would start to randomly reboot. Then it would shut down every Sunday for the whole day but start working again on Monday. Weird, maybe it's just deeply religious. Last week it wouldn't come back on at all. I swapped back in my old 8.4 Uconnect and the screen won't power on. The buttons illuminate, I can control the fan at least. The heated seats and steering wheel won't work though, the lights turn on briefly but then shut off. The auto light in the A/C section doesn't turn on.
I've tried doing the hard reset, nothing. I've checked the black and red lines on the connector block on the radio and I get 12v-14v depending on if the car is running or not.
What's the next troubleshooting step? I'd really like the screen to work so that I have my back up camera and music...
