2010 3500 4x4 6.7 limp mode

My truck wont come out of limp mode. 35mph and thats it. I thought it was the turbo actuator, I replaced it aand installed a new turbo. Truck has 260k mi on her. I dont know were to turn at this point. Any help will be appreciated.
