The EVIC on our '19 Ram 3500 popped up with the comment "Perform Service"
My code reader says:
"Air Suspension: Code 15E4-97 (1/1) Stored
Right Rear Spring Exhaust Component or System Operation Obstructed or Blocked"

I thought the ride was a bit harsh recently, which could be the result of an over-inflated air bag.
I successfully cycled the suspension back and forth from normal ride height to low ride height, however while it only took a few seconds to raise, it took closer to a minute to lower. This was consistent throughout several cycles up and down.

Any thoughts on how to solve this or service the 'exhaust component'?

There is a TSB 08-175-21 that pertains to your truck air suspension system. It notes a similar fault for the left airspring that may post. I guess I would begin with doing the TSB and see if that improves the issue.
There is a large section in the Mitchell DIY manual that deals with the air suspension system. I would encourage you to access their manual.

Thanks for the reminder about Mitchell Manuals DIY. Back in the day (50 years ago) I used Mitchell Manuals extensively when I was a mechanic. In more recent years, I've been using AllDataDIY, which offered little useful intel on the air suspension. So, I subscribed to Mitchell DIY; unfortunately, it's not a lot better. Neither contain much info on how the system works or how to service the components beyond replacing/adjusting the height sensors, and lots of cautions on disabling the system and dangers of high air pressure.

We cycled the air suspension system up and down a dozen or so times, and the lowering time improved, but the code is persistent. The ride may have improved, but considering that my daily driver/grocery getter is a Ram 1500, my butt forgets its 3500 calibration.

I have an appointment at my local Ram dealer next Tuesday - wish me luck!

FWIW, I keep a 'BlueDriver Bluetooth Pro' scan tool in my console for convenience. It quickly noted the fault code and offered the text description. More recently I acquired an Innova 5610 Bidirectional scanner. Unlike the BlueDriver, it offered to erase the code. However it failed to do so no matter what I did.
