Good morning everyone...................................................Well.......................... Short story is - I got back from week long vacation last night and I went to start the truck as I had a 5am flight and just wanted to be on the safe side. So I charged it for a bit and it started. I let it run for about 5 min or so thinking it was good. Got in the truck at 3am to head to the airport and got nothing. Just the "click". Well I hooked the charger and when it started to register it still wouldn't start after 20min on the charger. Hooked my sons car up with jumper cables and after a few minutes it started. Normally I wouldn't post about it because I had to replace the battery last yr and only replaced one of them. So I figured it caught up to me but still only last yr? Thats not the weird part as there is a nasty smell in the cab. I have a code for the DEF sensor that popped up 2 weeks ago but its run fine since and even driving it an hour this morning I didn't have any other issues. I went out to start it again and I got nothing again even after driving it over an hour (didnt make the flight so i came home).. So I was thinking battery but what about the smell? I would say its rotten eggs but not quite and I had the relay recall done so it wouldn't "catch fire" last fall. This sound familiar to anyone?

Thanks. Kinda where my mind was but most threads kept taking me down rabbit holes in regards to the smell and none really brought up the no start as well.
