15 Ram 2500 deleted new noise?

My truck 2015 Ram 2500 6.7 has been deleted for about 4 years now NO issues what so ever, been real familiar with the noise the deleted systems make now for 4 years, well a new noise has been happening and I can't put my finger on the issue, but it's right after 2nd gear shifting to third gear it chirps or whistle under normal acceleration, but wide open throttle it has yet to make the sound. Any ideas?
