Since I drove my truck off the lot on 11/11/25 the factory navigation/compass rarely works. I have had luck once with a soft reset (volume and tune buttons until it restarts) and then I had it to the dealer where they performed 2 resets of the screen and radio and did a proxy alignment and it worked for 2 days. I was also told they sent logs to RAM. It seems that If the truck sits for more than a day, I lose navigation. The only thing I have not tried is disconnecting the battery.
Anyone else experience this and have a fix?
**I do not use the factory navigation. I use Waze via CarPlay. I do like having the compass on my dash for some reason.
