12 volt dash outlet

I got a 2019 ram 3500 HO bighorn. Is there a way to get the 12 volt outlet on the top of the dash to be constant power? Moving the f90/91 fuse dose nothing. Thanks

It should stay constant if you move the fuse over one slot.
