2021 Ram 2500 6.7 Cummins Laramie with 12" Uconnect screen
I think it's just electrical gremlins.... everything works perfectly, then all of a sudden, the unit powers down with the logo, then comes back up and repeats the process over and over and over. Does this all day, then won't do it again for several weeks. Finally, one day, i got a message in the cluster saying the power side steps were not available while I was on the interstate. It was the first time I had ever saw an error message in connection with the head unit power cycling. Thought maybe it could be water in the sidestep electrical connectors. Also, noticed it started one day when the truck flexed hitting some bumps and also noticed when taking off rather aggressively one day.
I checked fuses under the hood and seated them all in all the way.
Have yet to really troubleshoot but can't seem to find anyone with a similar issue.
