2020 Power Wagon; Having similar issues with my radio,. It will work only about 50% on the time. It says "Siruis XM loading Please wait" The radio, Bluetooth AM/FM does not work. Nothing works! While its stuck doing this you cannot even turn the radio off.
I have less than 5k miles and I bought the extended warranty. I took it to Shottenkirk 2 days ago, this morning they tell me they can't find a problem and to come get my truck. Total BS. The service manager tells me to bring the truck back when its malfunctioning. He said Chrysler will not let them just replace parts and they cannot find the problem. Be warned about this issue if you have a 12" u connect. Or if you're buying Chryslers extended warranty.
