12.1" vs 8.4" Uconnect

Opposite of my experience. The 12” in my dad’s ‘22 Laramie is much glitchier and laggier than my 8.4 w/out Nav. Options are basically the same between the two trucks other than his 12” and safety group.

I wouldn’t say his as any actual issues, just doesn’t seem to be as smooth as my 8.4 w/out Nav. That doesn’t mean my 8.4 is perfect, it still is a computer.

my non nav 8.4 with aa wireless is solid. never have any issues.

I've not had the non-Nav version, but I did have the 8.4 in my 18 2500 and have the 12 in my 22 2500. Both solid units. No lags anywhere. I still much prefer the 12. So much more functional and customizable.
