Installed the Traxada 1" spacer today. Install is very straight forward, remove lower shock bolts and disconnect sway bar to lower front axle down enough to remove springs. Having 2 jacks is nice so you can drop the axle evenly.

For a spacer lift I like this one, it comes with a stud and nut which help line up the spacer and will prevent it from moving. Also, it's provisioned to accept the factory rubber spacer alignment nipple so everything lines up great.

As expected this raised the truck just a hair over 1 inch and it looks perfect imo, needs a set of 35s to finish it off. I took measurements on both sides of truck before install and noticed the passenger side is just over 1/4 inch higher than drivers side?? I'm hoping a castor adjustment will fix this when I get the truck aligned.

Additionally, while I was in there I installed fox shocks.
I have not driven truck yet so I can't comment on ride but I suspect it to ride like stock.

Big thanks to @Rockcrawlerdude for recommending this set up!

Looks good, man. As far as difference in height left to right, that’s not really uncommon. But, check for cross caster. Thuren specs recommend no cross caster. Meaning, both caster adjusters should be set the same.

Its pretty common for the drivers side to be lower there is more weight (fuel tank, battery, driver, steering, and a bunch of other little things) most springs are sold with a left and right for that reason the lefts are slightly taller to compensate

Found an off road shop local to me and had the truck aligned. Based off this forum I decided to go with Thuren alignment specs. They were able to get everything within specs and toe is set to the lower side of the recommended range. Cross caster is identical on both sides and the truck height is within 3/16" between left and right side . The trucks drives great and tracks straight. On the stock alignment the truck was ever so slightly wanting to go left or right and I always had to make minor steering adjustments, after the alignment its very easy to drive on the highway,

As far as comfort goes the truck rides exactly the same as OEM. I did have some concerns with the truck being harsh but it rides perfect. Once the junk tires wear out I will throw on some 35s and I expect the ride to improve dramatically. 1" may not seem like a lot but I think its the perfect lift for a crew cab short bed.
