Any pictures of 1 inch front lift?

what truck? if standard 2500 just look at a power wagon and that will give you an idea as they are about an inch taller up front.

Just a 2500. I’m considering a 1 inch front lift to take some of the rake out. Don’t want to “lift” the back.

I don’t have any pictures left but I can tell you my experience. Also search Traxda 1” in the search bar on here. It will have pictures there.

I put the Traxda spacer in and loved the look as I was still about raked ( rear higher) just a little bit. For me I never could put my finger on it but I just never really like how it felt from the drivers seat. I have leveled the last 4 trucks I’ve had with no issues but wasn’t satisfied on this one, so I returned to stock.

Not the best pics but it's all I have. I actually purchased the spacer from woody and love the look. I also added Fox IFP 2.0 in front and the ride quality is unchanged from factory. First pic is stock height.

What would the ride be like if you didn’t add the Fox IFP 2.0? What if youngest added the spacer?

I honestly don't think the shocks make a big difference at all but that's my opinion. The stock shocks are not exactly great and are known for leaking, I swapped them out while I was in there for this reason.

In my opinion if you just add a spacer the ride should remain OEM. Even if you go higher than 1" many manufacturers make shock extenders so you can run those if you choose. I would personally purchase a shock to match the lift but again this is just my opinion.

If you desire a softer ride over stock the Thuren 1" coils are a great option.

Excuse my ignorance…..Are the Thuren 1” inch coils in lieu of spacers?

It’s confusing for a guy who isn’t a grease monkey.
1 inch spacers, 1 inch coils, new shocks ???
Not sure what’s the best option….

I have used Thuren Coils and Fox Shocks. Travel length for the Coils. Much better ride and feel. Also tire pressure set to 50 in the front tires. I used the Chalk test for tires. You can also use the Toyo tire load rating chart for what tire size you are using. Weight to pressure settings.

Which would you recommend of each?
Why shocks, if front lift is just 1 inch. Thanks???

It all comes down to what your end goal is and what your budget is. The first question you need to ask yourself is "are you happy with how your truck rides, is it to rough"? If you want a smoother ride you need to automatically eliminate all spacer lifts since the truck will still remain stock ride quality. As I mentioned earlier Thuren makes new coil springs with softer spring rates, this will raise your truck while also improving ride quality (truck will ride softer). In my opinion the stock shocks are pure garbage and its just a matter of time before they start leaking, this is why you should change them. It also sounds like you will not be doing the install, so if your paying someone to swap your springs or add a spacer they might as well change the shocks at the same time. You have to remove the lower shock bolt anyways to remove the coil springs, your literally one bolt away swapping your shocks. There should be little to no additional cost to swap shocks while installing different springs or a spacer.

The spacer is the cheaper option and works for a lot of people. This is the option for those who simply want a higher truck. If you spend any amount of time off road I would purchase new springs vs a coil spacer. However, if you mainly drive on roads then you can consider this. The only off-roading my truck sees is parking at motocross tracks, very minimal off-roading so the spacer works fine for me.

The video above is a bit misleading in my opinion; they are literally bashing spacers trying to persuade you to purchase their coils. The funny thing is many of these aftermarket coil companies manufacturer spacers for the rear of the truck, I'm sure someone on here can explain why spacers are ok for the rear but not the front? Also, many people report when you add spring spacers this causes your stock springs to bow. I will not argue this but on a 1 in lift the spring bow is nearly identical to stock, maybe if you install a 2 in or 3 in spacer the bow gets worse, I honestly dunno?

Here is a quick overview on my recommendations.

Endless Budget: Thuren 1 inch or 2 inch coils with Thuren valved Fox shocks. You can purchase all of these parts from Thurens website. If you decide to purchase 2 inch coils vs 1 in make sure you get the Thuren track bar. When you raise or lower a vehicle this causes the axle to shift from side to side. With an adjustable aftermarket track bar you can recenter the axle. Carli is also another popular company but they do not offer a 1 inch lift option.

Limited Budget: Spacer lift of your choice and shock selection of your choice. I like the traxada spacers and the Bilstein 4600, 5100, or FOX IFP shocks.

Traxda # 605031 $114

I couldn't tell any different ride quality.
Her is another pic - I'm having trouble with the attachment photo being cut off on the sides.

Thuren 1" front diesel coils, sway bar and Fox 2.0 all around, rides so much better. The coils springs actually lifted it 1.5" but that worked out perfect as it has a slight rake and sits level when towing. Tires are oversized 285/65R20 which are about 1 1/2" taller than stock.
