07 ram 3500 with 5.9 towing

I just sold my 2006 Ram 2500 5.9. LOVED that truck, never let us down for 8 years towing a 27' toy hauler. Even in the end it served us well, as I sold it for just $1000 less than I bought it for 8 years ago. 
Anyhow, if you've got a trailer hooked up and if the truck is equipped with a Tow/Haul mode, use it. Theres a good reason the engineers engineered it. It changes the shift points and TC lockup to help the transmission, and that 48RE can use all the help it can get.
