My ‘18 2500 Cummins sits 1” lower on right side (passenger) that’s the left. This holds true for front and back. It has the air bags, which I’ve loved so far for towing a ~16k fiver. I’ve been to 2 dealers (one of them twice) and 2 aftermarket shops who can’t seem to figure out the issue. The latest shop broke one of the ride height sensors and replaced it, but that had no effect. A buddy let me borrow his scanner and recalibrate the sensors, but no matter the input values, there is still a 1” difference left vs right side. I’ve seen online that too much cross castor can cause it and I’m 2 notches different now, but all the “pro’s” who’ve looked at it say it should be fine. I’m going nuts and eating up so much money chasing down this problem. Anyone have similar issues?

My 22' 3500 has a different suspension setup, but worth a shot checking into how the sensor is clocked. My truck sat over an inch higher on the passenger side due to the right rear bag being over inflated compared to the left rear. After first messing with how the sensor was clocked I got some adjustable links for the rear which brought the rear with in 1/4" of one another and even brought the right front down to match the left front. The right rear was that over inflated.

If you think something similar could be going on with your truck check out the link below.
