Well I went to my local dealer today. Dealer contacted RamCares with my case number (78338813). RamCares representative told dealer my case had been closed because I simply had a bad key fob? WTH? Anyways, dealer confirmed my issue has not been resolved and gave me a paper with the Star Case #...- Ram JD
