Same here. They replaced the part and have had zero issues since. But after the repair, I did have to take it back twice to get the steering wheel adjusted so that the wheel was straight when driving down the road straight. That was part of the alignment issue as a part of the repair, not the PS...

@Blackbrush, What does your dealer say? Obviously that is not really an acceptable solution.

@MPWolf - Any update on this? What was the solution? When did it get repaired? I have a 2020 2500 Limited and on 12/27/2020 received the message "Power Steering Unavailable" as well with 4300 miles. We were 2000 miles from home in Texas with our Airstream. Went to nearest dealer (2-1/2 hours...
