    Muddy~Rusty new truck 2025 2500

    From what I heard, they’re adding onto the plant in Mexico. I’m guessing that the vehicles may have to drive through unpaved areas now to be parked out of the way of the new construction that’s my only answer. My 22 did not come like that.

    It’s not trans oil it’s the protective coating that they put on the flywheel. It gets hot and melts off. Use some brake cleaner it will subside in time.

    I like the 5100s I have them on my 97. I had the 4600s on my 2019 2500 and they were fine.

    Also check all the fuses under the hood in the main box push them all the way in 19 and up are known for this issue both my 19 and my 22 we’re not fully seated.

    Now my 22 3500 with 4200 miles is showing slight out of wear front tires. I’m going to give it a couple more thousand miles and then probably get the alignment done.

    Not all of them I have a 1997 Dodge ram 3500 on the fourth set of Michelin‘s now with 194,000 miles and never had an issue. Maybe just dumb luck.

    Boy, did you open up a can of worms any good synthetic full synthetic oil is going to be good. Don’t do 15,000 miles in my opinion. Keep it to seven thousand. JMO.

    Don’t get me wrong. I love my rams, but I would make a list whether it’s 5 10 or 15 items that you want most in a truck. And leave mechanical problems out of the list then choose.

    Check your fuses in the engine compartment. Make sure they are pushed all the way down.

    It’s not complicated and you don’t have to buy the dealer fluid a lot of company sell the appropriate fluid.
