2022 seems to be the year that's plagued frequent regenerations resulting in expensive DPF replacement. Lots of information on this site about these issues.
I finished the weight loss program. The EGR was electronically removed in September when the DPF and SCR were removed. Physically removed the EGR today. The shop wanted an extra $1K to do this so I decided to tackle it myself. Probably close to 50lbs of parts in the pile.
Why do you want to put a flat CHMSL there? Kind of moot when you install a canopy that's going to block it entirely. When I installed my canopy, I just ordered a flat delete plate for the CHMSL.

Jokes aside, the zero cost option would be as many have suggested, lower the tire pressures as much as possible. I have a 3500 and had a 1500 prior to it. My wife complained about the ride a little ar first but it doesn't seem to bother her anymore. I typically run about 60psi on all 4 corners.

I don't know, never seen those before. I do know they have to remove the front windshield, back glass and the headliner to replace the roof skin. If you have a rear defogger grid on the back glass, have a close look to ensure they didnt break the electrical connection to the glass. Just...
