    Considering a Ram 2500 Hemi

In the decade of owning Rams and then jeeps before that never had any real issues with paint. One of the reasons I went with my 2019 is it checked all the boxes and one of them was a uconnect 8.4 screen and physical knobs for the hvac.

    Considering a Ram 2500 Hemi

That is too much trailer for comfortable or safe 1/2 ton towing, especially with the offroad suspension. I had an MDS ram 1500 that i towed a similar TT with an with the heavier duty suspension upgrades it worked, but so many times it was white knuckle. but never once was the MDS an issue. In my...

    Diesel/Gas justification banter?

I get this sentiment 100% as until now my truck was an Express so tow package, pwoer windows and locks and thats it. I did long for 1 option and that is a sunroof, and with that came ALL the options save for the 12in radio and wood trim. Do I love the options? ABSOLUTELY. Did I want them? Nope...

What did you do TO your RAM today?

Amsoil severe gear is the best gear oil I have used. I went 75W90 for mine as well.

What did you do TO your RAM today?

Finished yesterday's job finally...front diff service and paint and transfer case service. The squeeze/easy packs were awesome! Less mess and no need for a pump

How wrecked are your local dealers service departments?

Not sure as it was a long time ago when I was young and I got out.

What did you do TO your RAM today?

Did the rear end service and painted the cover. 75W90 severe gear. Took 4 quarts. Will be doing the transfer case and front diff tomorrow weather and time permitting. Fluid looked good and only minor gunk and metal on the drain plug. Also the previous owner installed a muffler and did a...

What did you do TO your RAM today?

I have plastidipped both jeeps, my ford and my old ram 1500. With good prep and a heavy hand on the dip it turns out great, lasts and comes off pretty easy in most cases if and only if you want it off. Highly recomend for deleting chrome.

    Powerwagon with Cummins

I agree 100% the rebel is way more appealing. Alot of the offroad, but all of the HD capability. I just feel that the powerwagon and rebel are their own entities even if they are technically under the same umbrella. One for pure offroad and one for pure HD work with enhanced offroad...

    Powerwagon with Cummins

I get that, but if you took a traditional power wagon and a rebel offroad which would be more capable out of the box? My guess is the PW would be markedly better.

    Powerwagon with Cummins

Just seems silly to make a fake powerwagon...Just offer the few options on the rebel instead of calling it what its not.

    2024 6.4 Exhaust ideas

Being as the MBRP is a while away, I likely will. But I LOVE the MBRP on a hemi too much to not do it again. The ultimate setup will be nearly identicle to my 1500 hemi: Shorty headers, Magnaflow Y-pipe and MBRP catback. The sound and performance was solid.

    Diesel/Gas justification banter?

Its pretty simple. You want a diesel? The get one. You want a gasser? Then get one. Justifying the price and cost of a diesel over a gasser is silly and youll only save money as a hot shot. Resale wont make it back either. So if you want one you only have to justify it to yourself and nobody...

    2024 6.4 Exhaust ideas

Any chance one of yall have a sound clip with the deleted resonator? Debating on doing this to my 2019 until I can afford/get approval for an MBRP cat back.

    2025 2500 6.4l oil filter

Look into the SRT filter. Pricey, but more than worth it. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B006T08WXM?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title

Should Dodge And Ram Ever Reunite? I Asked Tim Kuniskis Directly

Keep them separate. Dodge has switched to performance, ram with reliable service vehicles. People still refuse to call my truck anything but a dodge ram despite the separation 17 years ago.

    Diesel/Gas justification banter?

The 6.0 made me alot of money replacing injectors then eventually long blocks when it came out. Not to mention the high pressure oil system concerns.

    Diesel/Gas justification banter?

Maybe lifter failures have been blown out of proportion much like they are for the hemi and MDS. The grid heater bolt though Im not sure. Maybe if you clean it out regularly its not an issue? Either way thank you for your input and what matters is we both are happy and datusfued with our trucks :D

    Diesel/Gas justification banter?

Grid heater and Hydraulic lifters come to mind. Now I get the grid heater might be considered a "delete", but its still a fix that caused catastrophic engine damage and not just limp mode like other emissions changes. Going to solid lifters is another big issue that should be done that isn't a...
