The fact that the fluid got bacon grease hot meant that all the plastics inside were trash, Warrentee to rebuild it would have to pay more than just replacing it. I'm currious off the plastic vent on others trucks are blocked like mine was.- Moes 2023 5500 EVOG

2024 Less than 200 miles leaking transfer case and squealing on startup
I have a 2023 5500 that had oil that was spraying out of the front drive shaft seal. I thought that was crazy, as I've never seen a t-case do that. It was seriously hot. I checked the vent and it was totally blocked. My truck has less than 10k. CHECK YOUR VENTS!! It takes 2 min. I'm betting...- Moes 2023 5500 EVOG
