I hooked the trailer to a different truck same year and I had no problem. Then I hooked it to another truck and it had no issues as well.- WOODGRINDER

I have exactly the same problem, let me know what they find. It can be a safety issue since when the message pops up you have no trailer brakes.- WOODGRINDER
