Installed a new tailgate emblem and finally got around to putting the Baja Designs reverse light kit on the truck. Super easy install and extremely happy with the outcome. Even at dusk the light output is amazing.
Lucky!!! I’ve owned three Rams and everyone has had terribly noisy hinges. Could be due in part to living in the Midwest where road salt like to destroy everything!
Zero improvement with lubing the hinges. I’ve read a ton of posts about using a certain type of lube and making sure to lube a specific part of the hinge. It works great immediate afterward then I go open the door the next day and it’s like it was before. Changing the hinge gets me several years...

My truck has factory fender flares and I was able to do this without removing them.
I used a rattle can of matching paint and some cheap clear coat to paint the hinge a day...
Replaced the lower hinges on both front doors. It’s the only way I have ever managed to get rid of, even temporarily, the famously noisy Dodge/Ram front doors. I’ve done it on all three of my trucks several times over the years.
I’m terrible! The only picture I have of my truck is the one I have in my profile! I have a bunch of my old truck but I’ve got two kids under two so there hasn’t been much free time!
