well I don't believe them, I have been told it would ship on the 15th of Nov, also been told by them on one chat that it has shipped, so I am really just waiting for if and when my dealer, who don't return emails (I guess i could call but who has time for that in the digital world) lets me know...

I think the are 24/7 for roadside assistance as well.
