It really shouldn't take longer since they're putting them on a ship and coming through California to avoid a border crossing.

Let's hope they speed it up. I'm in metro Detroit also. Last I heard, whether it's true or not, is they had to put them on a ship and go through California to avoid the border crossing.

The tires aren't worth anything. I called Discount Tire to see if they would buy my Firestone tires for credit towards new tires. I don't even have the truck yet. The guy said you won't like the price. Your black wheels may sell though .

I'm right there with you. My truck was built on 11/25 and I was told it was awaiting accessories. What, a bedliner and 5th wheel prep? That shouldn't take over 2 weeks. I ordered on 9/29.

I think it would take alot of weight to make a difference. I'd get snow tires, a long handled shovel, and a couple bags of sand.

I just chatted with FCA and my truck has finally been built. It shows code "js - shipped to storage." Now the wait really begins.

They'll just push it with another stolen car. Security systems aren't very effective in my opinion. Make sure your insurance is up to date. I didn't look at the system you mentioned, but unless it has GPS tracking, it won't help much. Retired P.O. here. I took plenty of reports.
