I’ll just throw in an update about my ‘22 3500… When I received the Fox shocks and installed them I noticed ZERO difference versus the OE shocks with the extenders I put on. In fact, just last year, one of the Fox shocks started leaking and I had to buy a new one for the right front. Of course...
I appreciate the response and that's kind of what he was looking for, just an idea of where to start. The dealership stays tight lipped and honestly they don't do much where he lives to even try to diagnose issues like this. He'll be stuck in the dealership vortex of being told they can't...
Trying to help my dad with is 2018 Ram 2500 Cummins issue.
The issue he is having is very little power or torque when he takes off from a stop in 1st gear under load, such as his 5th wheel or pulling another vehicle. He says it feels like it’s trying to take off in third gear. He was trying to...
Just checking back in to see if anyone knows the format that ride heights can be entered in. When I try to out a decimal like 80.5, the app crashes and sends me back to the first screen. Only thing I can get to work starts at 230, which makes the rear “normal” height go way too high.
If it makes you feel any better, the light in my upper glove box never turns off. It’s just on…all…the…time. Can see the light peeking through at night. And No, it’s not part of the ambient lighting.
McConnell in Northern California. They called me every other week to let me know they didn’t have any updates. Gotta give them credit for keeping in contact. I was also tracking my vin online and could see that there was no update on the vin until they called me with the news that the truck was...
I ordered my 3500 HO on July 7th, 2021 and finally got it December 30th, 2021. I received zero updates until they called me the week before Xmas and said it was a week or two away.
So apparently 230 and 240 is within the parameters and worked to get the light off, but that jacks the rear of the truck way up until the dash says suspension adjustment disabled due to payload. Stuck scratching my head on this one.
I jumped in and tried writing height values but it keeps telling me that what I entered is outside the allowable range. I’ve tried everything from 20mm up to 135mm. Still stuck
Anybody have any idea as to what the stock height calibrations were? Or anything close? The truck is actually sitting level at 7 and -7. Obviously those are incorrect, but the truck still sits level.
It has to be the height sensor calibration. One side is reading at 7mm and the other side is at -7mm. I didn’t mess with height sensors at all so it’s all kind of strange. Should have stuck to disabling the ANC and left the rest alone.
Hey Everyone,
I have a 2022 3500 Cummins HO with the auto level air suspension. I was tinkering around with AlfaOBD initially to disable ANC. Eventually I was messing with the air suspension making it go up a little and down a little. It was all working fine then “Service Air Suspension System...
I'm coming from a 2020 Ram 2500 Cummins and now have a 2022 3500 HO Cummins. On the 2500, I could never hear the turbo whistle, it was silent. Now with the HO I can definitely hear it when accelerating and letting off the pedal and what have you. Is that normal on the HO's to hear it? I love...
Probably wrong thread but oh well… 37’s on 20x9 +0 offset Hostile rims with a 1.75” Thuren spring kit in the front. It’s a 3500 Cummins with Auto air level suspension but I did nothing to the rear. I think you can click my name and see my other posts with more detail on leveling and trimming for...
Here’s a quick comparison of the ‘20 2500 I had with 35’s and then the next day when I switched them to 37’s. Maybe this can help anyone decide on a tire size and the difference from 35’s to 37’s. This truck had the Billstein 2.3” leveling kit system.
