Worth it to add air bags?

I used the Airlift 1000HD helper bags on my 1500 and they certainly helped a bit, but there is nothing like that for the 2500's. I think for the price, I am leaning toward the Timber Grove bags if I get them at all.

Worth it to add air bags?

Thank you all for the feedback. I will look into the Timber Grove bags. Do any of you know if they come with the airline, fittings, and valves? I assume it is all included, but the website doesn't really say.

Worth it to add air bags?

So I upgraded from a '21 RAM 1500 to my '24 2500 Bighorn to make towing our TT more comfortable and less taxing. We have a 28" 6000lb trailer and the 2500 tows it without issue, but I feel that the load might feel more balanced with some air bags. I have been looking at the Rough Country airbags...

Seat belt buzzer - shoot me…

I disabled the seat belt chime in my '24 2500 using the buckle/unbuckle routine and it worked GREAT!

    2500 4x4 towing

I have the same tongue scale and use it every time we hookup the TT for a campout (after loading everything). Worth every penny (which is not a lot :))

New to the HD forums, but not to RAM.

I actually purchased those as well, but have not tried them yet. I am cool with the way I have it setup right now, so I figure I will keep them in the truck so others can plug in, and not connect to my AA, when they need to charge.

New to the HD forums, but not to RAM.

I purchased the PortaPow USB C data blocker cables you linked, but they did not work for me. They blocked the data, but my chargers would not charge or get ANY power when plugged into them. Have a feeling that was because the data blockers are not compatible with quality cables that support...

Post Pics of your 2019+ 2500 or 3500!

Nothing too exciting. I will eventually add a Tonneau Cover and air bags in the rear. To date I have done the following: - Decals - Added deployable bed step - DeeZee tailgate assist - BullyDog throttle controller - Course Motorsport MagSafe phone mounts (driver and passenger) - Screen protector

What Android Device Should I Purchase For AlfaOBD

I would just go to amazon and find an Android tablet. I see them from like $60 and up. Any of them should work, though some might be a bit faster than others. Even if you go with a Samsung A9+ it is only $169, but you don't really need that just for AlfaOBD.

    Power tow mirrors

I also missed this bit of info.

    Power tow mirrors

I am not near my truck to find the setting for you, but I found it while going through the settings menus when I first got the truck about a month ago. I have it turned on in my '24 2500 Big Horn.

    Power tow mirrors

Not that I am aware of. You can set them to close when doors are locked and re-open when the engine is started though.

Seeking ideas to route a USB cable on the Dash?

My cable comes out just behind my Course Motorsports phone mount on the left of the second picture. I also had one popping out at the top of the dash right by the 12V plug. You can kind of see it in the second picture also.

Seeking ideas to route a USB cable on the Dash?

No need to cut a notch at the bottom or drill a hole at the top. There are two screws in the little tray on top of the dash. Take out the screws, then gently (with force) pull on the radio and it will pop out. Then run the cable as you wish. Pop the radio back into place and put the screws back...

New to the HD forums, but not to RAM.

I'm hoping I can get some help from all of you here. I have a pair of Course Motorsports charging phone mounts that were in my '21 1500. I got them installed and plugged them in to the USB ports below the radio (same setup I had in my 1500) but they don't seem to work as charge only ports. The...

New to the HD forums, but not to RAM.

Hello all, I just purchased a new 2024 RAM 2500 Big Horn last night. Came from a '21 1500 Laramie. I use the truck primarily for pulling our TT and wanted something more capable. I did give up some comforts, but they were all things I don't really need and most won't be missed. I look forward to...
