I had the error, new antenna - worked for a short while, had the power recycle - worked for a day, quoted the lemon law and this was going to be 3 out 4 trips to the dealer without a fix, after a two day service they result was (they found) a loose connection- has worked for a new record of over...
I just picked up the truck this Friday morning and the repair (3X) was to reseat a loose connector. I have had 5 restarts and I am happy to say all systems are go! Haven’t taken it out in back country yet - where most of the reoccurrences happened, but with the connector found loose I hope this...

My rig is going in for the third time on the uConnect error without complete repair, I am waiting for the forth time with what I would call a significant problem not fixed by dealer and a GVW of less than 10,000 which means it could very well fall under the lemon law of AZ as well as federal...
Well it lasted almost one full day! This time I was always in cell signal range. Going back to the dealer again, and again. Maybe third times a charm. Can this be called a significant failure so the lemon law can come into effect?
Kept trying everything known to the Web, some worked for a short time but the infamous error screen and the two red lights keep coming back. When, WHEN are they going to actually fix this issue?
IT’s BACK
Went up Spencer Canyon and there was a clean satellite signal but no cell phone service. Driving back down the mountain I got both red lights lit again and the infamous error message pops up and now each time I turn on the ignition I have to cancel the error message. I do so hope...
A few days ago I was on a class 6 rated trail that had seen a microburst a few days before and was glad that I had no mud flaps or side steps, I think that they would have been damaged. I did scrape the front differential (slightly) and didn't have any alternative path because there were several...
I tried all of the "fixes" power reset, factory reset, RAM cares, dealer evaluation with reset and/or tinkering (3X) with shark fin being replaced on the first time into the dealer, checking for correct system information and registration and especially cussing at the damn thing, nothing was...

I had this issue when I first bought the truck, after purchase I immediately took it to places with no cell phone coverage was and the error started to appear about every 10 miles. Dealer replace antenna for corrosion issue, still had the error code, but much, much less, saw it about every week...
I have just purchased my Power Wagon and now have learned, thanks to the forum, that my towing max is less than eluded to by the sales force at my dealer. So, the issue is I haul a 10,100 lb water trailer about 6 times per month and my tow max is 10,5XX. I have experience absolutely no problems...
Thanks Brutal_HO
I posted this on another thread that was about towing:
I just got off the phone with MoPar via Oswald and he was able to confirm three towing capacities for the engine/transmission/model:
10,580 :) this is the one that he could confirm for my build and comes real close to...
Considering the first 2K miles on my rig, almost half were off road, I am very pleased with its off road capabilities! VERY PLEASED Have not even used the front and rear differential locking, the front stabilizer disengage, or the hill decent as of yet.
BTW - I just got off the phone with...
