It actually seems to have stopped happening on mine after the first 2000 miles or so.

I’m wary about letting the Hemi idle for any extended period. I think that’s the best way to trigger the infamous lifter/cam issue. Got to give it a little gas to keep them properly lubricated.

No, there’s an optional back-up alarm that sounds externally like on big commercial trucks. It’s disabled via the menu. The front and rear park sensors do have physical buttons. I can look at mine for a plug-in under the truck. Does anyone know where the alarm is actually located?

I have it on a Big Horn. No button... the option to disable is in commercial settings on the cluster display.

Mine happens at engine start. Just at the moment that the engines fires. Transmission in park.

I have a new Ram 2500.. about 1000 miles on the clock. Occasionally there will be a loud “clunk” just as the engine catches on startup. It’s very brief and then all is normal. It also doesn’t happen every time... maybe once out of every 5 starts or so... seemingly random. Has anyone else...

Ok thanks. I pushed some on the edges of the mirrors and they didn’t move at all. I’m wary of breaking anything. Will see what they say.

So is there no other way to adjust the convex? I just want to make sure I’m not crazy before I go back to the dealer.

My truck was built on 7/30, window sticker was available a couple days later around what I assume was the shipping date. It arrived at the dealer’s stockyard on 8/20. Still waiting for actual delivery to the dealership.. should be before the end of this week. I’m in Maryland.
