Yes if your going to do all the work anyways yes I would install both. I would have a hard time ever going back to a standard 5th wheel after I swapped over to a goose box. Just so many benefits and really I have not found any negatives yet. Hauling a Solitude.
Best ride is with a goose box, You may want to look into that and consider adding it with the pucks. Plus you get the bonus of having your complete bed when unhooked.
tire pressure number 1. You can usually find a pressure chart for weight from the tire manufacturer and that will greatly reduce the impacts.
Sumo front bump stop replacements. Will take the shock out of hitting the front stop and mellow the larger expansion joints.
Now this last one was a...
I can not find a pic on my phone but here is what my air ride looks like when the rear is at factory ht, and the front has 1 inch thuren coil..
I have also raised the rear as I added extra air bags and needed the space, but this is alt ride which is the old normal, air ride so trailer hooked...
I did this, comes with some added challenges, but 18 pounds of air in the additional bags and she is rock solid.

We have a goosebox on our solitude and have the gen y offset, For us it makes the trailer to high so we usually tow with just a curt short ball which is pretty perfect. 6.4 bed and we have never had to swap the offset in to back into a yet.
no reason to lift for that tire, 295/65r20 fits with no lift no problem. If you want to lift Thuren makes a great kit, shocks and springs. If air ride the rear can be adjusted by just changing a lever, If you go to longer shocks in the rear like you can get in the Thuren kit you need to add a...
We have 35’s, reese goosebox, Air ride truck, 1 inch lift front and. rear. not sure if this helps but we are a little nose high and short of lifting our camper I do not believe we could be more level.
air pressure, air pressure, air pressure…..
For a better ride that is what you should start with. Currently running nitto 35 inch tires, 45 frt, 38 rear. when towing heavy 45 front 55 rear.
I do have the thuren 1.5 front springs (air ride rear) I went with bilstein shocks as we do not do...
Hooked up, Trailer tow suspension setting. which gives you a level, stable truck when trailering and with all the changes and same full range of suspension motion.
Totally different parts. Daystar cradles would make the extra outside airbags 1 inch taller. Which would put everything back to where you loose range of suspension movement without equally lifting the rear suspension and truck bed ht. The carli spacer only spaces up the factory bags which...
So I will add to my install.
I added the switch and raised the rear up 1 inch. This got all my air adjustments back in sync. 1 inch drop to tow mode, and then a 1 inch drop to bed lowering mode(sitting on the internal bump stops)
To adjust for the added rake I put a set of thueren 1 inch...
