I was browsing the for sale section and saw a member selling stock power wagon take-off suspension. I was wondering if the PW take-off shocks alone are an upgrade for the regular 2500 (CC/SB/Hemi) or if they are not worth the effort.
I'm not planning to lift or level, and would likely be...
I've been happy with them. The light output is good, definitely better than the stock halogens. I'm not sure its as good as some of the best LED headlights out there, but I've never driven a Ram with the factory LEDs. I'd say that the factory LED headlights on my wife's Honda pilot provide...
Luckily there are a lot of good videos on youtube. Its not super hard, but does involve a good bit of disassembly of the front end. I'd say I had about 4 hours into it including set up and clean up. For reference, I'm a decent shadetree mechanic, but not anywhere near a pro and mostly...
I also put on the Morimoto XB hybrids and have been very happy with them.
I caught them on a one-off sale and got them for an absolute steal. I couldn't resist.
Otherwise I would have probably gone with the Aplharex LUX.

Took a trip to VW and the Hatfield-McCoy trail system last week. It was the first long distance tow with the truck ~1100 miles round trip. The Hemi/8-speed/3.73 did a great job. Definitely towed better than my old Tundra, which wasn't too bad on the same trip in prior years, but with a...
I put some Suma performance mirrors on it yesterday. Haven't driven it yet, but the field-of-view for the passenger side seems much more inline with what I'm accustom to from every other truck I've owned. I felt like the factory Ram mirror gave a "zoomed-in" effect that made everything look...
Not that I've changed out a head unit in 20 years, but crutchfield was always my go-to.

It looks like you'll need some other adapters as well, but I bet they can point you in the right direction.
Welcome! This is normal behavior for the 8 speed. It really only hits 8th at 70mph and above.

The blinker assembly is pretty much the same as the stock incandescent bulbs, I even had to swap the original bulbs over to the new lights. So I believe it would be possible.
These are the hybrid version, which only have 2 led projectors instead of 3 and use regular incandescent bulbs for the turn signals instead of the sequential LEDs on their top of the line model. This version is quite a bit cheaper because of those changes.
I just took the truck for a ride at...
I installed Morimoto XB hybrid LED headlights.
They were on sale for just over $500 and I couldn't resist. And then the added bonus of being able to trade the factory halogens in for another $200 back made it impossible for me to pass up.
