What Crock... second trip to dealer with star case # in hand. Stated this was my second visit for the problem and I have a Sar case #. Service employee stated my first visit wasn't recorded in their system.....Glad to see my Dealership takes my concerns seriously! First visit I was told...
What additional support with dealer.. I've contacted RamCares they acknowledged my concern.... and POOF...... nothing crickets!

I'll try this as well, but I believe the flutter is coming the rear where the hinges are mounted to a very thin aluminum hood mount. I believe this area (rear hinge mount) needs additional bracing to eliminate hood flutter.
I have removed the badging on the hood... The hinge bolts are behind the badging and you can see the aluminum hood flexing when you use pressure to close the the hood.
Design flaw for the light aluminum hood. The area around the hinge attachment needs reinforcement.
Please share if anyone finds...
I've upgraded on a 2015 1500.. You Tube videos are very helpfull. You will also want to add nutzertz's for support of the mirror. I bought after market and was very very happy with Quality.
