Any sort of ECM tuning requires an ECM replacement on the 22+ MY RAM trucks due to locked-down security. I would say the Pedal Monster stated above would be the best option until you want to replace your EMC.
Pop the boot off of the base of the shifter and then under the boot there is a 8mm (don’t hold me to the size I can’t remember lol) set screw that can be tightened to fix this issue. I had the issue on my 2019 and 2022.
I have a 2022 RAM 2500 and run an antenna cable through the grommet found under the under seat seat storage boxes.
My Radio deck is behind my back seat and the cable comes right up and through the cut out in the carpet and Into the radio

I have the same issue on my 22 CCSB Bighorn. I also have the Titan Tank, however the stock sending fuel system and the BCM updated with Alpha OBD. I have started to fill up when the gauge indicates 1/2 tank.
I have also have had the same scare when I leave home for work, approximately 26 miles...
There a setting called “Headlights with Wipers” and what you are noticing it the headlights kicking on and the dash lights dimming to the lower brightness from your headlights being on.
I just looked at my window sticker for a 2022 Bighorn and it did not have the exhaust break listed as an option and it definitely has the exhaust break.
Lemon Law doesn’t only apply to vehicles with recurring issues. It also has a section for Out of Service for 20 or more business days within a 12 month period.
It may be worth contacting someone about that in NC.
