Ok next question, every time I get in the truck it keeps asking to connect to wifi to update the radio....it has a connection to wifi...anyway to turn off that notice?

Does anyone know what happened to the link? Seems like a few of us are getting 404. Is there another location anywhere to find it? I swapped a 22 radio into my 21 and it keeps asking if I want to check for a new version... figured manually updating it would solve that.

Well this is the question we've all been wondering. What happens if a truck factory equipped with ACC needs a new DASM. According to the info in this thread a newer one "should" work. However that might be an argument with your dealer if they can't get it to work. My take from all of this is...

I've had 0 luck to with changing settings. In fact I finally just set them back to have regular cruise control back finally. However it seems my Auto/High beams aren't working either. Is this the only setting I need to make it work with the DASM? 2014 CBC Config I/O & Feat: Auto High Beam...

Nope. I have added the Trailer TPMS and all that went great and works great. Other than that it's basically stock.

Same, Vehicle Configuration Mismatch.... We tried with with 2021, 2022 and 2023 in the BCM as the "year" just in case.

Interesting.... I'm headed back to the dealer for a few other small items and since they've been really good with me I've asked them to try again. Can't hurt I guess. Good news is my AlphaODB settings have been in the truck for months now...so.

This is why I assume the wiring/etc is all fine as it was there and communicating.

I haven't thought to test the auto high beams to see if they are working with my DASM so that's on my list! Then again my too is a NEW 2022 DASM ....which does seem to be a pattern also.

It has not always been that way. It responded on my initial and 2nd trip to the dealer and he was able to calibrate it twice. I know because I was in the truck the 2nd time. I watched it go through calibration. After calibration he cleared the DTCs but it still came back and said "ACC not...

Did you try those without the spacers first? If so where did they rub? I like the look of this and also having a really hard time finding spacers. Personally I would want to keep a hub centric spacers and I did find these...

According to @Jimmy07 that was my mistake in the first place. It didn't need to go into plant mode the first time. I wondered the exact same thing. I did align it at home but had the tech check it. I did it on level ground. He confirmed what I did was correct and double checked the DASM angle...
