    You would have a code thrown as soon as the switch was turned on in my experience if they all were disconnected. You could leave them and bundle them it would just beep when the switch was thrown on

    Parksense sensors

    I had this issue in my 5th gen it turned out to be the wiring harness. I'm not sure how yours was damaged but mine was from a trailer lounge so it must have pushed it back and cut a wire someplace in it. I replaced all the sensors still had the issue, when I replaced the harness it was gone.

    IMO Ceramic coat it. G techiq or Car Pro no coating will last years without maintenance I apply reload every six months and use a ceramic detail spray as well. PPF on half the hood would have a weird line across the hood as it ages I would do the whole hood or not at all.

    I bought a harbor Freight Badlands Apex 12K has the most reviews not super expensive, wireleess has replacement parts and the Harbor Freight Warranty plan is pretty good.
