I just settled up with MD, and used their website for a first responder discount. I don’t qualify for the pended, but another member said you go through "true car" via the penfed site. You will need to log in. It will create a unique code for you. You give that code to the dealer when you pay...
Thank you. When Mike got it on a train, I never was able to figure out the train tracking system. Before I knew it, it had arrived. Shipped from MX on 12/6 and arrived at Port Allen 12/16 at MD 12/17. I wasn’t in a rush considering the long wait already, and I knew it still needed the recall…...
That’s good! I figured it wouldn’t go to waste… when it gets here I’m going to get one of the waterproof magnetic holders and toss it in a wheel well or inside a bumper. I hear most people discontinue the app after the trial period, so we’ll see.
Hey guys, my truck was delivered and the dealer just got the recall done. It was about a week wait for MD, for those wondering. I am waiting for a hauler to transport my truck to me and thought I would share a cool idea I had… My dealer sent me the info for the ram app which has the tracker but...
Sounds like my truck just made it to the dealer. Still no call from them, but I assume it will come once it’s prepped. I hope to share some pics when I can.
On a side note, I spoke to Michael McDonald and asked if he had contact info for his boss to pay him a compliment. He provided it to me...
Hey guys, I know this has been answered before, but I’m trying to track my rail car and the phone numbers I called aren’t working. Is there a way to know what rail company to call by the rail car number? I’m going to MD, so I assume it is UP being west of the Mississippi… but I tried CSX as...
You’re good bro. It’s on the way. Michael MacDonald is getting them outta MX as fast as he can. Out of all the people I have tried to contact with Stellantis, he has been the most responsive and helpful. I can only imagine how much he has on his plate, and he’s doing his best.
Brv10, long time listener, first time caller… first off, I appreciate the time you have spent giving folks info. It has given me sanity since I ordered mine and it’s very much appreciated. Now that I have “shipped” would I be able to get some info if you have some spare time?

I’m Mark Dodge as well… first time ordering from them as I am from WA, but they had the best price nationwide. My salesperson has been awesome. Not to discount your complaints, but I have to point the finger at Stellantis, their communication, and shipping. So far the dealership has been...
Hey guys. Hate to rub it in, but hopefully this gives others some hope. I just shipped per the tracker… Now time to see how fast they can get the “recall” done.
I gotta think that in the amount of time it will take for most of our trucks to actually leave MX and get to their destination dealers there will be parts at the dealers to fix them quickly, but you would also think they could have fixed this shipping fiasco by now as well.
Just talked to MD. They state this recall will not hold up shipping from MX, but will stop the truck at the dealer until repaired as stated in the recall.
As a first time Ram owner/ purchaser, I am extremely disappointed. Time to ship, customer service, now problems with an engine/ tranny combination that has been used for years has a recall? What was changed? I smell a cover up for all the vehicles they can’t ship… Again, first time buyer but...
That’s a good point. As we get closer to winter snow, another concern for me would be the passes… we’re running out of time before the white stuff falls, but I can probably skirt Mexico through Texas and come up I-5 through California. Would be nice to stop by CJC and get a pin top thrown on...
