*Breaking News* 2025 Orders from MARK DODGE **

A couple of pages back, there were a few posts about a 2026 announcement on or around June 6th. Did anything come of that?

*Breaking News* 2025 Orders from MARK DODGE **

It seems that there is no way to get the CHMSL bed camera (LPD) or dual zone auto climate control (HAF) without the 12” screen. Is there a way around this? I’m looking at a 3500 SRW Lvl 2 Big Horn and was really excited that it still had the smaller screen. FWIW, I think the bed camera should be...

    2025 Ram HD

The 2025 1500 build and price is up and running. Everything Bighorn level 2 and up has at least the 12” screen. I hope this doesn’t carry over to the HD’s.

    2025 Ram HD

It could happen. 3/4 ton trucks were for the longest time Class 2 vehicles limited to 10,000lbs GVWR. In recent years only Ram has kept the 250/2500 series limited to that cap. Ford and GM 3/4 tons are now Class 3 trucks with GVWR’s in the mid 11K lbs. Ram could take a bold step and market DRW’s...

    2025 Ram HD

So you’re saying there’s a chance. I wrote to Ram back in Dec 2020 when I was hoping that they would update the cab as a 22MY released mid 2021. I mentioned an 8k axle then and here is part of their response: I appreciate the time taken to share your viewpoints and feedback concerning our Ram...

    2025 Ram HD

I’m not sure why I would need a 7000# rating for each tire, but my Toyo AT3’s are 285/75R18 (34.8”) and have a load carrying capacity of 4080# each at 80psi. I’ll take your statement about the overhead console as a win.

    2025 Ram HD

I agree with the larger 1500 cab, but with a flat load floor instead of fold flat seats. 3500 Rebel as a package instead of a trim level, with 285/75R18 tires (35’s) and the Power Wagon front locker Upgrade the 3500 SRW RGAWR to 8000# and GVWR to 14000# Remove the 12” screen as a requirement in...

When is the facelift coming out?

From Ram’s website: Not Registerable In All 50 States. Starting January 1, 2024, 2024 Ram Chassis Cab 4500 and 5500 vehicles with Aisin transmissions will no longer be available for registration in the state of California. Please contact your local dealer for additional details. Why call out...

When is the facelift coming out?

That brings it back to the original question. If both gas and diesel come with an Aisin, California has decreed that no new 4500 and 5500 Rams can be registered in the state. Why? Does that force Ram to release a new transmission IOT sell C&C trucks in CA, or does Ram keep Aisin and abandon CA?

When is the facelift coming out?

I saw on Ram’s build&price website yesterday that the new 2024 4500 and 5500 chassis cabs with the Aisin can no longer be registered in California. I can’t find any details as to why, something specific to the transmission or if it’s a nice way of saying no new diesels, but this may force Ram to...
