Looks like the server is down. Have you downloaded from items here before? That is a Ukraine location?

    OEM Maintenance Manual

Thanks. I've got a hard copy of my Manual, but I really want a copy of the maintenance manual for repair.

    Poor heat output

To take this to the Nth degree, I filtered that crap to see what it was. It has the consistency of sand but the color of rust with some metal pieces in there.

    Poor heat output

I was able to perform the heater core flush today. It's now putting out better heat than when I purchased the truck used....so I'd say it was a success. I used Prestone AS105 coolant flush and let it sit in there for a couple hours. Then reversed and forward flushed with water. I got quite a...

    Poor heat output

I'm going to do another heater core flush with a chemical soak this time....seems it's grabbing deposits again. Which hose is the inlet and which is the outlet to the heater core? From what I can tell, it looks like the top is the inlet to the heater core, but I'd like someone to confirm.

    OEM Maintenance Manual

Has anybody had any luck getting access to the OEM Maintenance manual for 2019+ Ram? I cant find it anywhere for purchase. If OEM is not available, is there another one that is pretty good?

    Poor heat output

Awesome news. Based on what others are saying I was thinking that the core only has one inlet and one outlet and parallel paths for the coolant to flow internally. It sounds like it may have some stuck sediment at the bottom. If there was a way to let some chemicals sit in there and then do a...

    Poor heat output

When I had the dealer diagnose mine, they used their tool to command each actuator independently and verify they are moving…if you checked that, it seems like it must be a clog. You could try some chemicals to try to break down the deposits….but others here know more than me.

Man..sorry to hear that. Did you have the actuators checked?

    Poor heat output

I ended up getting a local shop to do it for me. He said he had all attachments to make it easy, etc, so I don’t think it was a big deal for them. It would have taken me all day, I’m sure.

    Poor heat output

The coolant flush fixed my problem. Thank you for all the support. You guys saved me money, but more importantly saved me having to tear into my dash. I do wonder if it was the coolant breaking down or sand casting remnants.

    Poor heat output

I guess it's the inorganic that keeps the old stuff from breaking down??

    Poor heat output

Thanks for the detailed information. I have an 07 charger and always use the Mopar red. It has been lasting well in the charger. I didn’t know they changed for trucks. What coolant is a good one?

    Poor heat output

Thanks for the replies guys. The truck has close to 85k miles on it. It's got the original coolant. The dealer says the doors are acting like they should, so I'm guessing the core is clogged. Does anyone know why the heat works on the passenger side but not the drivers side. Is the heater...

    Poor heat output

Thanks for the knowledge......How do you go about flushing the heater core? I took to dealer and they are actually saying its the heater core. They recommend replacing the heater core and tearing out the dash for that..... a pretty penny. When they were running code search it actually...

    Poor heat output

I guess you have to take the whole dash apart to replace it?

    Poor heat output

it looks like it’s the drivers side actuator. The passenger side is hot and the drivers side is cold. Where is the actuator supposed to be located?

    Poor heat output

Yea….That’s what I’m worried about. You bring up a good point. I need to check the passenger side.

    Poor heat output

I’ve got a 21 powerwagon. I just noticed the air conditioning heat is pretty poor for the first use in the winter. Anyone else had this issue? Fix?
