I talked to FCA Recall Assistance this morning. They said the only way to get reimbursed is to have a dealer do the conversion. Thanks, Jetrinka. I just don't want to take the slightest chance of being stranded with my horse in the trailer, especially on the freeway. Assuming no accident resulted, and no matter what location, if he was still able to walk, I would have to be loading him into a different trailer after help...- HDgrl

Bought my 2020 RAM 2500 Cummins to haul a horse trailer and am trying to figure out how to get the CP4 issue fixed as soon as possible so I can safely haul. Getting lots of conflicting information between the dealer, RAM Cares (Does it really??), this forum, and the HD FB group. Sigh.- HDgrl
