2019 Ram 2500 6.4 squeal at start up / Chirping Noise - merged threads
2020 2500 with 6.4 and less than 5k miles. Mine has made the same chirp/chip/tick since about 2k miles. It does not go away until the engine is at operating temperature. It last much longer than waiting for oil to get to the lifters. Please let me know if anyone has found a solution for this.- Olive2020

Oil temperatures, empty vs towing
For anyone that did not know, the Electronic Vehicle Information Center (EVIC) does have this information. Once in the Vehicle Information screen (Vehicle Info home screen showed tire pressure for me) simply scroll over to see engine oil temp, trans temp, batter voltage, or a summary. I guess... -
