Yesterday RamChat told me "Unfortunately, my system is updating today, I advise you to contact your selling dealership or you may contact us tomorrow for an update on the Estimated Time of Arrival." I'd just like to know if I've caught a train ride yet.

I sat in JS for a couple days prior to being released and going to KZLD status. Still at KZLD to my knowledge as of 4/12. Haven't bothered the dealership since my understanding is that Dealer Connect is still down.

They weren't out of it last week when mine was built.

Got the dreaded JS status update from the dealer today. I had an estimated ship date of 04/09, which he said it’s still showing. He wasn’t certain on the JS status though, as he said he’s not personally seen it show up before. Anyone familiar with that can shed some information regarding it?

I’m a 2/21 order and last time I checked with the dealer, which was two weeks ago, he told me D1 with a scheduled ship date of 04/09. I’d say @IowaPW is correct, you’re D1.

Checked my current truck’s recall status via the My Ram App. My 2500 was built 8-21. Shows incomplete and repair parts not available.

My order was placed 2/21 and the dealership told me they're showing a tenative build date of 04/09. That would be about 7 weeks from my order date. However, I'm not holding my breath as I'm sure that will change.
