What exactly do they do for the recall? I ask because I just got my truck back from the dealer, (Carl Burger Dodge in San Diego) I don't recommend them at all, and they had cut a large chunk of the wheel well liner on the drivers front side. They deny they cut it, but it wasn't like that when I...
Make sure everything is right and they didn’t just throw it together quickly. My 2019 3500 limited has a bed that’s 1/2 inch to the right and 1/2 low on drivers side and doesn’t line up.
Also just noticed the bed of my truck is shifted about a half inch to the right. Hopefully it’s as easy as loosening the bed mounts and shifting it, but straight from the factory and it’s crooked. Love the truck but that’s 2 issues now, I think ram needs to spend some money on QC.

Talking about the software update, is this something I should have the dealer do when I pick my new truck up. I’ll be heading to Dennis Dillon next Friday the 7th to get it.
DD just told me my truck is still in Utah waiting to make its way up. I was hoping I’d be on the same truck as you, Jpaeth, but no luck yet. I’ll keep waiting.
I ordered a 3500 SRW with the indigo frost interior and it is in Salt Lake waiting to make its way to Idaho. It was built and shipped fairly fast. Ordered 3/28 and was off the train 5/12. Just waiting for a truck to fill up with orders to make the drive to Idaho.
